1. Digital Product Policy

Invoisa provides digital software licenses. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final once a license key has been generated and delivered.

2. Eligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • Payment was charged but no license was delivered
  • Duplicate payment for the same plan
  • Technical issues preventing software usage (if unresolved within 48 hours)

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, contact us through the Contact page or create a support ticket within 7 days of purchase. Include your payment ID and reason for the refund.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

5. Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • License has been actively used or bound to a domain
  • Refund request made after 7 days of purchase
  • License was suspended due to policy violations
  • Change of mind after activation
