1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Invoisa ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Invoisa provides a SaaS platform for licensing and managing Invoice & Quotation software. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software based on your subscribed plan.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. One license key may only be used on one domain binding at a time.

4. Payment & Billing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Licenses are activated immediately upon successful payment. Prices are subject to change with prior notice.

5. License Terms

License keys are bound to a single domain. Sharing, reselling, or redistributing license keys is prohibited. Violation may result in immediate license revocation without refund.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the software. Automated access, scraping, or abuse of the Service is prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Invoisa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
